I just got off the phone with Scott and have some great news for everyone.....drum roll please....Scott got the best review ever from his boss. Ever so often he gets an "appraisal" that comes from his boss and tells him how he's doing on all aspects of his job. Well, today Scott received the highest score anyone can get!!!!!He has been working so many hours (from 4am-3pm almost 7 days a week) and has been putting up so much "government politics" and still managing to come home and spend some time with myself and Carter. So this is a HUGE reward after everything he's been doing.
This means a few different things:1. He gets a decent raise now
2. He is pretty much guaranteed to get the HUGE promotion in a few months
3. He gets a bonus (either cash or paid time off)
4. He gets a proud wife to celebrate with tonight over a home-cooked meal.
5. His son will grow up learning that the more you do and the more you give, you will get even better returns in the end.
CONGRATULATIONS SCOTT, I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!
