Home Improvements Never End!

This weekend was all about home improvements for our little house. For those of you that don't know, Carter's room is really small and doesn't have a closet, so it was always a pain doing laundry because I had no where to hang all of his clothes except in the laundry room with mine.....problem solved! This armior was on sale this weekend, and I couldn't pass it up! Carter now has his own "closet." (now I have the entire laundry room to myself!
My wonderful (and mighty talented with the hedge trimmer I might add) father-in-law came over this weekend and made our bushes in the front of our house go from "crazy" to "under control"...

The weather was so nice today that Carter got to wear his new "Mr. Fix It" outfit I got for him the other day. Scott and I had a little picnic in our backyard with Carter and Timmy for lunch.
Here is a priceless photo....Carter is learning all the tricks from his dad about working on engines. Carter amazes me though at much he picks up in such a short period of time. He really listens to Scott while he shows him where the screwdriver goes, and what to do next...it's really cute. They "worked" on the lawnmower while I caught some rays! I love spring time!
