Okay, so one of my closest collegues, Karen, her sister past away tonight. (Oddly enough, Karen is related to Scott's side of the family) Although I don't know her sister, or really a lot about her family, I have worked with her for almost 18 months now and have become really close to her.When something like this happens it really makes you realize what matters most in life...family. After everything is said and done, you go home to your family. Almost everyone knows that I've had my fair share of things go wrong (or just not as I expected) and it's moments like these that I can step back, take a good look around me, and be grateful for everything I have.
I know this is a sad posting, but I just wanted to share with everyone my "two cents" about life.

Oh wow Christie....thats crazy!! I just talked to you a few hours ago about this!! I am so sorry--its true that when things like this happen-- you really do realize what is the MOST important in your life! Love you guys....
