Our little man is growing up! Carter is now 21 months old....so to continue my new tradition...here are 21 things about Carter Scott Morris:1. Carter has more hair than he knows what to do with...he now gets it cut almost weekly!
2. He can say 21 words pretty well now!
3. Thanks to his cousins visiting, Carter is learning to share his toys with them...
4. But his new favorite word is "MINE!"
5. Carter and I read a book every night before bed and then sing a song on our way downstairs....well lately Carter has been singing to me as I carry him downstairs! (I'm embarrassed to admit that the first night he began singing in his sweet baby voice I cried!)
6. He grows up and changes almost on a daily scale now!
7. He LOVES to be outside...he will beg and plead to go outside ALL day long.
8. He plays really well with our puppy Timmy now, no more hitting or grabbing. (I'm sure Timmy's loving the new treatment he gets from Carter now)
9. Carter eats pretty much anything that's in front of him....by the HANDFULLS most of the time.
10. He's still the only grandkid on both sides of my family! (I don't think he wants that to ever change!)
11. He takes naps and goes to bed like a good boy! He knows that he goes down and that there's no "funny business" once I put him in bed.
12. Once you introduce him to someone, he will remember their name and point to them on command when you ask!
13. He is still very independent. No holding hands, or carrying him anywhere!
14. He absolutely LOVES his new room we just had built for him!
15. He is a social little butterfly! We can take him anywhere and he walks up to everyone and "talks" to them in his own version of a language!
16. He loves to watch Little Einsteins and Handy Manny on Playhouse Disney
17. He LOVES the organic gummy bears I buy for him at the Health Food Store. (I know I'm crazy!)
18. He makes me happy everyday! Scott and I often sit in awe of him because we feel so blessed that he's in our lives.
19. On a different note, Carter now sits in timeout about 3 times a week
20. He helps out throwing things in our garbage now. (It might sound really mean but I make him throw his own diapers away now!)
21. The last thing about my sweet "Tarter Sauce" is that he loves to be scared! He loves playing hide-n-seek and then being scared when he finds us!
Those are just a few things about our little man that continue to change on a daily basis.

I love the Title on this Post "Carter's 21". That makes me realize one day our boys will actually be 21!! (scary) I love how you do the "things about Carter" every month...I might have to copy you on that, if it's ok with you! :) You are such a fun person, and you never miss a moment of your sons childhood...that's awesome!
Carter is sooo cute! I love how you do crafts with him and keep him busy. I think that helps little ones stay out of trouble too. Kids grow so fast, I can't believe it!
